Python Developer

Role Overview

Bright Vision Technologies is hiring an experienced Python Developer for a 100% remote (Continental United States), full-time W2 in-house engagement. The role is hands-on and focused on building and enhancing enterprise-grade Python applications, data-intensive services, and automation platforms for mission-critical, distributed production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of complex enterprise Python applications.
• Perform advanced technical troubleshooting and identify root causes of complex issues.
• Write secure, production-ready Python code with strong consideration for:
  • Concurrency
  • Fault tolerance
  • Observability
• Produce architecture/design artifacts and help ensure implementation follows performance and enterprise standards.
• Develop and optimize data processing pipelines for large-scale datasets, including:
  • Extraction, transformation, validation
  • Deduplication and enrichment
  • Batch and near-real-time performance tuning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer.
• Strong hands-on ability and confidence to pass a mandatory technical coding assessment.
• Deep expertise in Python and strong fundamentals in software architecture and data engineering/operational support.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into well-engineered technical solutions.

• Experience working with distributed/mission-critical systems and operational support.
• H1B: New sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates; H1B transfers are welcomed.

Employment Details

• Type: Full-time, direct W2 (no C2C / no 1099 / no third-party arrangements).
• Engagement: Long-term, multi-year, aligned to the Bright Vision SOW delivery roadmap.
• Salary: $100K–$150K base, plus benefits.
