Python Developer

Role Overview

Bright Vision Technologies is hiring a Python Developer for a hands-on, full-time W2 role supporting in-house SOW deliverables. You’ll design, build, and continuously enhance enterprise-grade Python applications, data-intensive services, and automation platforms in a 100% remote setting across the Continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and development for complex enterprise Python applications
• Perform advanced technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Write secure, production-ready Python code and implement reliable algorithms for distributed systems
• Consider concurrency, fault tolerance, and observability when building systems
• Produce architecture/design artifacts and ensure engineering aligns with enterprise standards and constraints
• Develop and optimize data processing logic for large datasets, including:
  • extraction, transformation, validation
  • deduplication and enrichment
  • batch and near-real-time performance tuning

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer
• Strong fundamentals in software architecture
• Strong data engineering skills
• Ability to operate reliably in distributed, mission-critical production environments
• Willingness to work directly as a full-time W2 employee (no C2C/1099/third-party)
• Technical coding assessment is mandatory

• Experience partnering with product, data, and infrastructure teams to solve ambiguous business problems
• Ability to proactively raise the engineering bar across the team
