Python Developer

Role: Python Developer

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Python Developer to design, build, and continuously enhance enterprise-grade Python applications, data-intensive services, and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end design and development for complex Python applications and services.
• Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for non-trivial production issues.
• Write secure, high-quality, production-ready Python code for distributed systems, with attention to:
  • Concurrency
  • Fault tolerance
  • Observability
• Create architecture and design artifacts to ensure delivery aligns with enterprise standards, performance requirements, and design constraints.
• Develop and optimize data processing logic for large-scale datasets, including:
  • Extraction, transformation, validation, deduplication, enrichment
  • Performance tuning (batch and related processing)
• Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to translate ambiguous business problems into robust technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Python developer.
• Strong Python expertise and hands-on engineering background.
• Fundamentals in software architecture, data engineering, and operational support.
• Ability to handle distributed, mission-critical production environments.
• Must be willing to work directly as a full-time W2 employee (no C2C/1099/third-party contracting).
• A technical coding assessment is mandatory.

• Remote: 100% Remote (Continental United States)
• Duration: Long-term, multi-year (aligned to SOW roadmap)
