About the role

Role Overview

Hourly Python Developer (Remote) supporting AI model training and evaluation at Alignerr. Training support will be provided, with work focused on reviewing and producing high-quality Python solutions.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for:
- correctness
- efficiency
- adherence to best practices
Solve complex algorithmic challenges and develop production-quality Python solutions
Write clear, human-readable explanations of code logic and problem-solving approaches
Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, or ambiguities in AI responses

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks such as:
- Django
- Flask
- FastAPI
- advanced Python language features
3–5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python
Exceptional written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems
