Role Overview

Hourly Python Developer for remote work at Alignerr, supporting the review and evaluation of AI-generated Python code.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and best-practice adherence.
Solve complex algorithmic challenges and deliver high-quality Python solutions.
Provide clear, human-readable explanations of code logic and problem-solving approaches.
Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, and ambiguities in AI responses.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Deep expertise in Python, including modern web/API frameworks: Django, Flask, FastAPI.
3–5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python.
Strong written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts.

Preferred

Experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems.

Logistics

Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Training support will be provided.
