About the role

Role overview

You’ll be an experienced Python Developer (AI Training) working on a fully remote, flexible hourly contract. Your role is to evaluate AI-generated Python code, solve algorithmic problems, and provide expert feedback that helps AI models learn to code correctly and with high craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for:
- correctness
- efficiency/performance
- adherence to best practices
Solve complex algorithmic challenges and implement high-quality Python solutions from scratch
Write clear, human-readable explanations of code logic and problem-solving strategies
Identify edge cases, bugs, and ambiguities in AI-generated responses
Provide structured expert feedback that shapes how AI models learn to code
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Requirements

Deep, hands-on expertise in Python
3–5+ years of professional experience building production-level Python
Comfort with modern Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Strong grasp of advanced Python language features, design patterns, and performance considerations
Exceptional written communication to explain technical concepts clearly
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
Self-motivated and consistent while working independently

Nice to have

Experience with data annotation, RLHF, or AI evaluation systems
Familiarity with algorithmic problem-solving or competitive programming
Background in code review, technical writing, or software quality assurance
Experience contributing to or reviewing open-source Python projects
