About the role

Role Overview

Agility Partners is seeking a Python Developer to build a brand-new B2B collaboration platform from the ground up. This is a greenfield, highly visible initiative with meaningful impact at scale, working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable APIs using Python and FastAPI for a modern B2B web application
Collaborate with frontend engineers, business analysts, and QA to deliver end-to-end features
Develop and support data integration and synchronization across legacy and modern platforms
Participate in design discussions, technical decision-making, and agile delivery processes
Contribute to a modern, API-driven architecture and establish best practices

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on Python development focused on API development
Experience with FastAPI (or a similar modern Python framework)
Strong background in data integration and system synchronization
Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative, fast-paced team

Nice to Have

Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
Greenfield development experience
Experience with API-first design and modern frontend integration
