Responsibilities
- Evaluate, review, and debug Python code and technical content generated by advanced AI models
- Assess AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and alignment with industry best practices
- Solve system design and algorithmic problems in Python to advance model capabilities
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve model logic and engineering judgment
- Work independently and asynchronously according to detailed technical guidelines
Requirements
- Strong professional software engineering experience
- Hands-on Python coding experience
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Proven ability to write, review, and debug production-level code
- Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail
