About the role

Role Overview

Public Health Scrum Master (SAFe) supporting agile delivery in a governmental public health environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies using the SAFe framework to keep teams aligned and progressing
Coach teams on agile methodologies and best practices
Remove impediments to maintain smooth team workflow
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and ongoing feedback
Maintain and improve project tracking and visibility to ensure transparency and accountability

Requirements

Direct experience working in governmental public health as a Scrum Master
Scrum Master certification
Experience implementing SAFe methodologies
Strong facilitation and coaching abilities
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and manage remote teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing distributed/remote teams
Understanding of public health workflows and processes
Familiarity with project management tools
Background in health technology implementations
Experience creating engaging, collaborative team environments
