Profile: - Equivalent of 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or similar fields - Experience working in cross-functional professional environment with both internal and external stakeholders - Experience understanding, interpreting, communicating, and impacting key metrics - Experience maintaining an individual book of business independently, requiring strong organization skills for success - Experience working in an external customer facing role where effective and succinct communication (written and verbal) is crucial - Experience working in a high-growth start-up environment - CRM Experience (preferably Salesforce) - Experience working in healthcare
