Provider Growth Associate

Main point of contact for prospective mental health providers, guiding them on how to open and grow their private practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for prospective providers, offering strategic business guidance.
• Manage a high-volume inbound pipeline, conducting 5–6+ meetings per day.
• Customize your approach based on license type, stage in practice, and location.
• Track and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, including:
  • meetings completed
  • activation and conversion targets
  • personal growth goals

Requirements

• Passion for mental health and helping providers expand access to care.
• Comfortable adapting to change and learning new systems, processes, and tools.
• Able to work effectively in an AI-enabled environment with real-time dashboards, call scoring/coaching feedback, and automated nurture workflows.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage a full meeting schedule and robust sales pipeline.
• Proven ability to manage and convert high volumes of inbound leads in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

Bonus / Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role, especially in healthcare or SaaS.
• Collaborative and coachable; enjoys fast-paced startup growth.
