Role overview

Project Manager (m/w/d) for land access rights and land securing supporting renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination, steering, and monitoring of all land securing and wayleave (Wegerecht) procedures
• Coordinate closely with the field sales team (land acquisition) and internal departments (Legal, Project Development, Permitting)
• Support and ensure quality during contract negotiations for lease, permission (Gestattung), and easement (Dienstbarkeit) agreements
• Create project plans, status reports, and KPI reporting to management
• Maintain the land register and run deadline/renewal management (options, term periods, extensions)
• Serve as contact for notaries, authorities, and land registry offices (Grundbuchämter)

Requirements

• Completed technical and business degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering with a focus on project management, Civil Engineering, Energy and Environmental Technology) or comparable qualification
• First experience in project management (ideally in land securing or the energy sector)
• Helpful: knowledge of land registry, property law, and/or contract law
• Confident use of project and document management systems
• Strong communication, ability to enforce decisions, and structured working style
• GIS knowledge (QGIS, ArcGIS) is a plus
