About the role
Role Overview
Project Manager / Content Manager (hybrid marketing execution + content strategy). Own end-to-end campaign planning and coordination across teams, while creating and managing high-quality content that explains complex product features to a global audience.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full marketing calendar, aligned to strategic priorities and delivery timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, product, compliance, design, tech) to deliver multi-channel campaigns
- Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies; proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Oversee creation, review, and delivery of campaign assets ensuring quality and consistency
- Produce and manage content such as blog posts, announcements, educational materials, and website copy
- Ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with product functionality and brand voice
- Manage publishing workflows across CMS platforms; optimize for clarity, SEO, and target audiences
- Track campaign performance and deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in project management and/or content management within marketing/digital environments
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows in fast-paced or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of digital platforms; knowledge of trading systems or financial products is highly desirable
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain structured processes
- Experience with CMS tools, content publishing, and marketing performance reporting
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, able to work independently and adapt quickly
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with trading systems or financial products
- Experience working with compliance-heavy content workflows
