About the role

Role Overview

Hybrid Project Manager / Content Manager responsible for both marketing execution and content strategy. You will own end-to-end campaign planning and ensure cross-team delivery on time, while also creating and managing content that explains complex product features to a global audience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full marketing calendar, aligned to strategic priorities and campaign timelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, product, compliance, design, and tech to deliver multi-channel campaigns
  • Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, proactively removing bottlenecks
  • Oversee creation/review of campaign assets, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Produce and manage content such as blog posts, announcements, educational materials, and website copy
  • Ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with product functionality and brand voice
  • Manage publishing workflows in CMS platforms, optimizing for clarity and SEO for target audiences
  • Track campaign performance and produce post-campaign reports with actionable insights

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management and/or content management within marketing/digital environments
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows in fast-paced or regulated industries
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain structured processes
  • Experience with CMS tools, content publishing, and marketing performance reporting
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, autonomous working style and adaptability

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, trading systems, or financial products
  • Experience in innovation-driven environments and knowledge of evolving digital products
