About the role

Role Overview

Project Manager / Content Manager hybrid role focused on both marketing execution and content strategy. You will own end-to-end campaign planning while creating and managing content that accurately communicates complex product features to a global audience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with strategic priorities and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, product, compliance, design, and tech) to deliver multi-channel campaigns
  • Define scopes, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, identifying and resolving bottlenecks
  • Oversee creation, review, and delivery of campaign assets, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Produce and manage content such as blog posts, announcements, educational materials, and website copy
  • Ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with product functionality and brand voice
  • Manage publishing workflows across CMS platforms and optimize for clarity and SEO
  • Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports with actionable insights

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, content management, or a combined marketing/digital role
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows in fast-paced or regulated environments
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with structured processes
  • Experience with CMS tools, content publishing, and marketing performance reporting frameworks
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven and able to work independently while adapting to changing priorities
