About the role
Role Overview
Hybrid Project Manager / Content Manager role combining marketing execution with content strategy. You will own end-to-end campaign planning and coordination across teams, while also producing and managing high-impact content that explains complex product features to a global audience.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the marketing calendar, aligning execution with strategic priorities and deadlines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, compliance, design, tech) to deliver multi-channel campaigns
- Define scopes, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies; identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Oversee creation, review, and delivery of campaign assets to ensure quality and consistency
- Produce and manage content (e.g., blog posts, announcements, educational materials, website copy)
- Ensure content accuracy, compliance, and alignment with product functionality and brand voice
- Manage publishing workflows across CMS platforms; optimize for clarity, SEO, and target audiences
- Track campaign performance and produce post-campaign reports with actionable insights
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, content management, or a combined marketing/digital role
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows in fast-paced or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of digital platforms; trading systems or financial products is highly desirable
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain structured processes
- Experience with CMS tools, content publishing, and marketing performance reporting frameworks
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven mindset with autonomy and adaptability
