About the role
Role Overview
Project Manager / Content Manager working in the intersection of project management and content creation. You will provide end-to-end oversight of marketing campaigns and content initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure delivery is timely, accurate, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end marketing calendar, campaigns, and project timelines.
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns for product launches, platform updates, educational initiatives, and promotions.
- Act as a liaison across marketing, product, compliance, design, technology, and external teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee content creation and publishing for:
- blog posts
- platform announcements
- educational materials
- newsletters
- website copy
- Monitor risks and remove execution bottlenecks; maintain structured workflows and documentation.
- Produce post-campaign performance reports and executive summaries.
- Ensure messaging is strategically aligned, accurate, compliant, and consistent with brand standards.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in marketing project management, content management, or a hybrid role.
- Proven ability coordinating cross-functional teams in product-driven and/or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and familiarity with trading systems and/or financial products (or related technology environments).
- Excellent written editorial skills in English with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience with CMS, marketing reporting frameworks, and digital content optimization.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Process-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
