About the role

Join our NAMER team as a Project Manager, where you'll be the driving force behind our client engagements. You'll manage projects of all sizes, ensuring a world-class experience for every client. Reporting to the Head of Trust & Advisory for NAMER, you'll own the end-to-end journey of our GRC programs, acting as the main point of contact for our clients and keeping projects on track. A background in GRC is a plus, but we value your ability to master new domains quickly and your drive to get things done. Key missions: Own the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent GRC engagements, from the initial kickoff to the final handshake.. Act as the main point of contact for NAMER clients, managing expectations, solving problems, and ensuring delivery of real value.. Proactively spot risks, prevent scope creep, and work with the PMO to ensure every project is a commercial and technical success. Profile: - A Great Communicator: You’re as comfortable presenting to a C-suite executive as you are chatting with a developer - A Quick Study: You love diving into the deep end of technical or regulatory topics and can translate complex info into actionable project plans - Experienced: You have 3–5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or consulting environment - Versatile: You’re happy managing a two-week sprint for a boutique firm or a six-month roadmap for a larger organisation - Agile-Minded: You’re comfortable with Scrum or Kanban and know how to apply those principles to real-world client work - If you have a PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2, that’s great, but your track record of delivering successful projects is what matters most - If you think you can deliver but don't match the criteria above, please don't be put off.
