Project Manager

Role Overview

Join the NAMER team at Cognisys as a Project Manager. Reporting to the Head of Trust & Advisory for NAMER, you will own the end-to-end delivery of GRC programs and be the main point of contact for clients.

Key Missions

• Own the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent GRC engagements (from kickoff to final delivery).
• Serve as the primary client contact: manage expectations, solve problems, and ensure delivery of real value.
• Identify risks early, prevent scope creep, and partner with the PMO to ensure both commercial and technical success.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or consulting environment.
• Strong ability to learn new domains quickly, especially technical and regulatory topics, and translate them into actionable plans.
• Comfortable working across project sizes (e.g., 2-week sprints to 6-month roadmaps).
• Agile-minded and able to apply Scrum or Kanban in real client work.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting to C-suite executives and collaborating with technical teams.

Nice to Have

• Background in GRC.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2.
