Role overview

Basikon is hiring a Project Director / Senior Project Manager (M/F) to lead the implementation of financial solutions in banks and financial institutions. You will act as the primary client point of contact, drive project governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery in complex, regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Basikon solutions in banks and financial institutions
• Serve as main point of contact for client stakeholders (business and IT)
• Drive project governance, planning, and execution
  • Manage scope, timelines, budget
  • Manage risks and dependencies
  • Handle change requests and priorities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (functional, technical, integrations) to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Bridge business needs and technology solutions
• Support clients in transforming credit and financial product operations

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in IT consulting or technology delivery
• Proven track record leading implementation projects in banking / financial services
• Strong client-facing experience working with business stakeholders
• Experience in multi-stakeholder, complex delivery environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Domain experience (expected)

• Core banking systems
• Lending platforms / credit solutions
• Financial product implementation

Languages

• Spanish: native or fluent (mandatory)
• English: high level (mandatory)
• French: strong plus

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in environments with strong regulatory constraints and operational complexity
