About the role

Role Overview

Contribute to developing and training AI systems by designing, solving, and reviewing coding tasks. Work with state-of-the-art AI models while building/applying programming solutions, then providing clear explanations and feedback that directly improves future model outputs.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
Preferred: Kotlin experience
Preferred: prior experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer

Compensation & Work Style

Fully remote with flexibility to choose projects and schedule
Paid hourly via PayPal
Stated rate range: $50–$100+/hr (higher-paying projects for strong performance)

Available only to people in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
