About the role

Role Overview

As a PWA (Progressive Web App) Developer - AI Trainer, you’ll help advance AI systems by completing programming tasks and training activities for DataAnnotation’s platform. Work is flexible and can be done alongside other commitments or as a primary focus.

Responsibilities

Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that directly influences future AI model improvements

Requirements

Fluent English (native or bilingual)
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred: Kotlin experience
Proficiency in at least one of:
- JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
- C, C#, C++, Java
- React, Go, Swift
Prior experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer

Logistics & Pay

Fully remote: available to people in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand
Flexible schedule: choose projects and when you work
Hourly pay: $50–$100+/hr (higher rates possible with strong performance)
