Role overview

As a Progressive Web App (PWA) Developer – AI Trainer, you’ll help design and evaluate coding work used to train AI systems. The role emphasizes Android development and includes writing clear code and explanations that directly improve model performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback that shapes the next generation of AI models

Requirements

• Fluent English (native or bilingual)
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
• Experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Software Engineer/Programmer is preferred

Preferred qualifications

• Kotlin experience
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Work model & hiring process

• Fully remote with a flexible schedule (choose projects and when you work)

Compensation

• Hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour (projects paid hourly)
• Higher-paying projects may be available based on performance
