Role Overview

Join Cohere Health as the Program Strategy & Execution Director. You will own the success of key platform capabilities by defining strategic priorities, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring measurable value for health plan clients.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

Own the performance and success of platform capabilities, including adoption, operational performance, and client value delivered.
Lead the execution team across delivery sequencing, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder/executive communication.
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer and program needs into clear product and delivery priorities.
Bring new capabilities to market and continuously improve their performance.

Requirements

Experience owning the performance/success of a product, platform capability, or strategic initiative.
Experience in healthcare, health plans, or regulated enterprise environments.
Ability to work effectively with engineering and architecture teams.
Proven capability leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and translating strategy into execution.
Understanding of systems, integrations, data flows, and configuration-driven platforms.
Strong skills in scoping, timeline management, and tradeoffs.
Strong technical aptitude (not necessarily coding, but able to understand technical architecture and execution).
Executive communication and strong stakeholder management.
10+ years of experience in program/delivery, product management/operations, consulting, or implementation leadership in a healthcare/software/technology-enabled services environment.
