Program Manager

Role Overview

Join Uplight as a Program Manager responsible for driving complex program objectives with meaningful organizational impact. You will ensure operational health and efficiency, maintain customer satisfaction, and support program expansion.

Responsibilities

• Assure operational health and program efficiency by proactively identifying and addressing risks
• Serve as the primary client-facing representative by communicating program performance and resolving operational issues
• Lead enrollment processing and event dispatch operations
• Develop and maintain process documentation; identify operational gaps and drive process improvements
• Support program expansion and participate in on-call rotations
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead the development and execution of the enrollment growth strategy in collaboration with relevant teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or related roles
• Strong ability to interpret data and revenue models, including forecasting
• Experience using BI tools
• Proficiency with project management tools/methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Wrike)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguous situations
• Experience in client-facing engagements and delivering strategic insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business/operations (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

• Ability to mentor and support junior team members
• Comfort with process flow diagramming
