Role Overview

Program Manager, Professional Services (Technical Delivery Lead) You will serve as the primary delivery lead for enterprise customers, owning the relationship, plan, and outcomes from kickoff through go-live and beyond. This is a technical delivery and accountability role across an Airtable Professional Services team, external development partners, and enterprise customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for enterprise engagements: own the customer relationship, project plan, and end outcome.
• Run delivery across multiple workstreams simultaneously (internal teams, external partners, customer stakeholders), managing progress, blockers, and alignment.
• Own end-to-end project planning: scope, schedule, budget, risk register, and RAID log.
• Make technical sequencing tradeoffs when platform constraints, compliance needs, or partner dependencies arise.
• Guide customers through AI workflow transformation from human-run processes to AI-augmented and agent-assisted operations, including managing organizational dynamics.
• Use AI tools actively in delivery operations (e.g., status reporting, risk synthesis, documentation, stakeholder communication).
• Manage formal scope and change: track change requests, assess impact to timeline/budget, and run change order process beyond the SOW.
• Sequence delivery using Agile sprint cycles and Waterfall milestones, shifting models when required.
• Hold external partners accountable across organizational boundaries through clarity and relationship management.
• Coordinate in regulated environments: compliance, security, access management, and third-party approvals.
• Work hands-on in Airtable as an operational tool; platform fluency is required.
• Keep executive stakeholders accurately informed without requiring technical detail.

Requirements

• Delivered technical programs for external customers in professional services/consulting (not just internal projects).
• 5+ years managing technical delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with accountability for outcomes across teams you don’t directly control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and clarity.
• Genuine, daily fluency with AI tools, including an informed view of where agentic systems create leverage and where they introduce risk.
• Worked directly in Airtable (or comparable platforms) and understand component interactions, dependency/sequencing issues, and delivery tooling.
• PMP or equivalent PMO certification.
• Ability to operate fluidly across Agile and Waterfall and choose the right model per engagement.

• Experience coordinating regulated enterprise compliance and third-party approvals.
