Program Manager, Professional Services - East

Role Overview

Serve as the primary technical delivery lead / Program Manager for enterprise Professional Services engagements. You own the customer relationship, plan, and outcome from kickoff through go-live and beyond—sequencing work across internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and outcomes for enterprise customers: relationship, plan, and results through full engagement lifecycle.
• Run delivery across multiple workstreams simultaneously: internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders.
• Build and manage the end-to-end project plan including:
  • scope, schedule, budget
  • risk register and RAID log
• Make technical sequencing and tradeoff decisions driven by platform constraints, compliance requirements, and partner dependencies.
• Guide customers through AI workflow transformation from human-run processes to AI-augmented and agent-assisted operations, including organizational change dynamics.
• Use AI tools in delivery operations, including status reporting, risk synthesis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage scope formally:
  • track and assess change requests
  • run change order process when engagement evolves beyond the original SOW
• Operate across delivery models:
  • Agile sprint cycles and Waterfall milestones, shifting as reality requires.
• Coordinate regulated-enterprise requirements including:
  • compliance, security, access management, and third-party approvals.
• Keep executive stakeholders accurately informed without requiring deep technical understanding.
• Work hands-on in Airtable as an operational tool; platform fluency is required.

Requirements

• 5+ years delivering technical programs for external customers in professional services/consulting contexts.
• Owned customer outcomes with real accountability across teams you don’t directly control.
• Experience running steering committees, managing scope conversations, and maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
• Daily fluency with AI tools and an informed view of where agentic systems create leverage vs. where they introduce risk.
• Worked directly in Airtable (or a comparable platform), not just managing people using tools.
• Ability to understand system interactions, identify dependency/sequencing issues, and build delivery tools/processes used by the team.
• PMP or equivalent PMO certification.
• Proven ability to operate fluidly across Agile and Waterfall; choose the right model per engagement needs.
