Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager drives complex technical programs end-to-end by aligning engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-impact systems. You’ll remove delivery blockers, manage cross-functional dependencies, and turn high-level strategy into executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs, managing timelines, scope, and technical dependencies across distributed engineering teams
• Partner with product and engineering leads to define program milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning sessions to keep multiple workstreams aligned
• Track program health and delivery metrics via dashboards/reporting; proactively surface risks and bottlenecks to leadership
• Establish operating procedures and program management frameworks to improve engineering efficiency and cross-functional execution
• Manage transparent stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical teams regarding status and deliverables

Requirements

• 4–7 years of technical program/project management experience in a high-growth software/technology environment
• Strong familiarity with Agile and software development lifecycles
• Experience with modern engineering tooling: Jira, GitHub, Notion
• Technical literacy to engage in architectural discussions and understand system dependencies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; proven ability to align senior stakeholders and engineering teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field

Bonus / Nice to Have

• PMP or Scrum Master certification
• Experience with cloud migration programs
• Familiarity with BI/data-driven tools such as Looker or Tableau
