About the role

Role Overview

The Program Manager drives complex technical initiatives end-to-end, coordinating engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver critical software platforms on schedule. You will remove operational roadblocks, govern release management lifecycles, and translate product strategy into executable plans.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale engineering initiatives using Agile/Scrum in Jira and Confluence
Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions with engineering leads, product managers, and QA to align on milestones and dependencies
Track program health, resource allocation, and budget burn-down; surface execution risks to leadership proactively
Design and optimize release management processes and CI/CD deployment pipelines across distributed technical teams
Establish operational KPIs, velocity metrics, and run retrospectives to improve throughput

Requirements

4–7 years of technical program/project management experience in a software/technology company
Deep familiarity with SDLC and modern engineering tooling
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure: AWS/GCP
Exceptional facilitation, stakeholder management, and written communication across technical and executive audiences
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field

Nice to Have

PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certifications
Hands-on scripting/automation experience with Python or SQL
