About the role

Role Overview

The Program Manager drives complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from conception through deployment. You will own execution roadmaps, risk mitigation, and release schedules to help engineering teams ship resilient infrastructure and software products at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution for large-scale technical programs using agile and hybrid methodologies
  • Partner with engineering leads and product managers to define milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Track program health using Jira, Confluence, and custom BI dashboards, surfacing blockers and technical debt
  • Facilitate cross-functional synchronization via daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and quarterly retrospectives
  • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and third-party vendor integrations
  • Establish standard operating procedures for release management and incident post-mortems

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of technical program/project management experience in a high-growth technology environment
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, Linear, and Notion
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication across technical and executive audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Nice to Have

  • PMP or Scrum Master certification
