About the role

Role Overview

The Program Manager drives complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from conception through deployment. You will own execution roadmaps, risk mitigation, and release schedules to help engineering teams ship resilient infrastructure and software products at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution for large-scale technical programs using agile and hybrid methodologies
Partner with engineering leads and product managers to define milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Track program health using Jira, Confluence, and custom BI dashboards, surfacing blockers and technical debt
Facilitate cross-functional synchronization via daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and quarterly retrospectives
Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and third-party vendor integrations
Establish standard operating procedures for release management and incident post-mortems

Requirements

5–8 years of technical program/project management experience in a high-growth technology environment
Strong knowledge of SDLC and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, Linear, and Notion
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication across technical and executive audiences
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

PMP or Scrum Master certification
