Production Designer (Architecture / CAD) | $65/hr Remote

Role Overview

Production Designer (Architecture / CAD) (Hourly contract, Remote) helping produce architectural designs and construction-ready CAD deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle architectural design workflows using Rhino3D and Vectorworks.
• Develop and refine detailed 3D models while preserving design integrity.
• Manage project files, layers, and documentation to support effective coordination.
• Produce accurate plans, sections, elevations, and other construction documents.
• Communicate design rationale and workflows to support AI training and team clarity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex design and modeling challenges.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on expertise with Rhino3D and Vectorworks.
• Strong understanding of architectural technical workflows and documentation.
• Experience translating design concepts into construction-ready drawings.
• Excellent file coordination and organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely and explaining design decisions.
