About the role

Role Overview

As a Product UI Designer, you will help train AI models to better understand and evaluate visual and design principles. You’ll review AI-generated design work and provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute to design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (including presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree in progress/completed preferred but not required

After approval, you can access general AI training projects and be invited to design-specific work

Compensation & Work Details

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose projects and work on your own schedule
Rate: $25–$30+ USD/hr for general AI training; $40+ USD/hr for design-focused projects, with bonuses for exceptional work
Paid via PayPal
