Role overview

Product UI Designer to help train and improve AI models by assessing and refining AI-generated design work. You’ll evaluate how AI understands, generates, and evaluates UI/UX, including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute to design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flows
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)

Compensation & work model

Independent contract, remote
Choose which projects to work on and set your own schedule
General AI training projects: $25–$30+ USD/hour
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour (bonuses for exceptional work)
