About the role

Role Overview

As a Product UI Designer, you’ll help train and improve AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI understands, generates, and evaluates design work. Your feedback shapes AI’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality—particularly for interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.

Responsibilities

Review, critique, and provide feedback on AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute to design-specific projects such as:
- UI/UX critique
- Product visuals
- Aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluent English (native or bilingual level)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of:
- Visual hierarchy
- Interaction design
- User flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required (current/in-progress/completed)

Nice to Have / Process

Apply via the company’s general core assessment, then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
After approval, work across general AI training projects and design-focused projects

Work Setup

Remote, with flexibility to choose projects
Independent contract work
Payment via PayPal; bonuses for exceptional work
