Product Strategy Principal (RWE/HEOR)

Role Overview

Principal, Product Strategy (RWE/HEOR) for Komodo Health. Own and drive Komodo’s RWE/HEOR segment strategy, prototype new product concepts, and enable sales to sell at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine Komodo’s RWE/HEOR segment strategy, identifying where to invest to drive growth, retention, and account penetration.
• Prototype and ship 3–5 RWE/HEOR solutions that go live, generate revenue, and solve real customer problems.
• Serve as the go-to expert for RWE/HEOR within Komodo and represent the company at industry forums and conferences.
• Engage with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to understand:
  • market trends
  • buyer/user needs
  • competitive landscape

Requirements

• 10+ years of deep, hands-on experience in RWE/HEOR, including leading teams in life sciences, running studies as a consultant, or leading the segment in a healthcare data/analytics company.
• Expert understanding of the RWE/HEOR segment: use cases, buyer/user personas, competitive dynamics, and market direction.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills—able to translate complex ideas into crisp written/visual/oral narratives for executives and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical rigor combining qualitative market intelligence and quantitative data, using internal signals (e.g., revenue, pipeline, product usage, win/loss) and external signals (e.g., market trends, competitor moves, investor reports) to build evidence-based strategies.
• Prior product management experience or hands-on track record shipping products.

• Experience using AI coding/coworking tools to build software, prototypes, workflows, or agents; genuine curiosity and comfort with building is essential.
