Product Specialist (GPU & Distributed Compute)

Role Overview

Join Impossible Cloud as a Product Specialist (GPU & Distributed Compute). You will help define and develop a next-generation AI platform, drive product development, and use market and customer insights to guide strategic improvements.

Key Missions

• Define the next-generation AI platform built on proprietary GPU infrastructure, and integrate it into the Impossible Cloud ecosystem.
• Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring each feature maximizes customer value and deployment velocity.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis on compute trends, pricing, and customer feedback to inform product direction and strategic enhancements.

Profile / Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or outstanding practical experience with demonstrated success in Cloud, GPU, or AI infrastructure.
• Customer-focused mindset, with experience gathering insights and translating them into product improvements.
• Proven ability to manage complex products from initial concept through large-scale deployment and optimization.
• Strong ownership and ability to resolve issues blocking customer value delivery.
• 7+ years of product management or technical pre-sales experience, specializing in cloud compute infrastructure and/or agentic products.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, especially for capacity and scaling decisions.
• Strong technical expertise in GPUs, cloud, and AI/ML workloads.
• Executive presence: ability to engage technical and business stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills to drive consensus and collaboration.
