Join Deel as a Product Partnerships Manager to identify, negotiate, close, and manage strategic technology partnerships that expand the platform’s value.
Responsibilities
- Source and manage partnerships with technology providers: identify, negotiate, close, and maintain agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (including Product, Engineering, and GTM) to drive partner integrations.
- Act as a technical liaison, helping partners and internal teams align on integration workflows.
- Drive measurable outcomes, including:
- partner-driven revenue
- adoption of integrations
- customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product partnerships or technical sales.
- Strong technical literacy and comfort working with API documentation and integration workflows.
- Proven ability to close and manage technology partnerships.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to create visual narratives quickly (e.g., diagrams, Figma mocks, pitch materials).
- Proficient spoken and written English and strong research skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, remote/distributed environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech, payroll, or fintech ecosystems.
- Background in fast-growing startups.
