Role overview

Own the end-to-end product delivery for Workday Time Off implementation, partnering with internal stakeholders and external implementation teams to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product ownership for Workday Time Off / Absence Management.
• Coordinate and manage a team of Business Analysts to gather and refine requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Facilitate solution design workshops and review sessions with leadership.
• Define and manage the project roadmap, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure proper documentation of requirements, design, and processes.
• Provide regular status updates and presentations to leadership.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Support global rollout across multiple countries, ensuring compliance and localization.

Required skills & qualifications

• Experience in Product Ownership / Product Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday, especially Time Off / Absence Management modules.
• Proven experience in global HRIS implementations.
• Techno-functional ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Experience working with system integrators / implementation partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams.
