About the role
Role overview
Brillio is seeking a Senior Product Owner – Provider Platforms & AI-Driven Product Delivery for healthcare provider domain initiatives. The role is remote and contract/full-time, operating in an AI-first engineering environment.
Responsibilities
Provider domain leadership
- Act as the primary product lead for provider-centric platforms and workflows.
- Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and execution.
- Modernize the provider lifecycle, including:
- Provider onboarding
- Credentialing & recredentialing
- Provider data management
- Contracting & fee schedules
- Network creation and hierarchy management
- TIN/NPI relationships
- Affiliation and participation management
- Directory accuracy and compliance
- Claims integration and adjudication touchpoints
- Member–provider interaction workflows
Product strategy & delivery
- Translate complex provider business processes into scalable digital products and engineering outcomes.
- Define operating models aligned to agile delivery and value stream principles.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product specifications.
- Prioritize using business value, operational impact, risk reduction, and customer experience.
- Improve continuously using product analytics, operational metrics, and user feedback.
AI-driven product engineering
- Use AI tools for:
- Wireframing and UI/UX ideation
- Workflow diagramming
- Product documentation and story generation
- Rapid prototyping and product documentation acceleration
- Process simulation and backlog acceleration
- Workflow orchestration and visualization
- Promote AI-native product delivery practices across teams.
Provider data & platform expertise
- Understand provider data models and relationships, including:
- NPI/TIN structures, parent-child hierarchies
- Contract entities
- Locations and specialties
- Network participation
- Affiliation structures
- Roster ingestion and validation
- Data lineage and provenance
- Partner with engineering/architecture on APIs and schema (as part of provider platform work).
Requirements
- Deep expertise in the healthcare provider domain.
- Strong product management capabilities, including roadmap/backlog ownership and delivery planning.
- Data fluency and process thinking.
- Advanced ability to use AI tools for ideation, prototyping, documentation, and workflow visualization.
- Ability to partner with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves (implied)
- Experience building scalable, event-driven, observable, AI-enabled platforms.
- Familiarity with collaboration/diagramming and design tooling for AI-assisted workflow.
