About the role
Role Overview
Omnichannel Orchestration Product Owner to lead omnichannel orchestration capabilities and deliver seamless customer journeys. You will own the product roadmap, drive data-driven engagement across marketing, sales, and service channels, and guide Agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Manage omnichannel orchestration and campaign capabilities
- Collaborate with business, tech, and CX teams
- Translate requirements into user stories and PRDs
- Drive Agile delivery: sprint planning and release execution
- Track KPIs, optimize performance, and improve user experience
Required Skills
- Strong product management experience and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of omnichannel engagement and journey orchestration
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of customer data, segmentation, and personalization
- Hands-on with Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in pharma/healthcare (or similar) industries
- Experience in digital product ownership or product management
