Role overview

Product Owner (Hybrid product/project manager) at Topflight Apps. You’ll be a central hub for product, market, competitor, customer, prospect, and industry insights, helping drive digital products from vision through launch.

What you’ll be working on

A variety of innovative products across healthcare, fintech, edtech, crypto, and on-demand

Responsibilities

Drive products through the full SDLC (vision → launch → continuous improvement)
Build prototypes using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Lovable)
Define and execute product discovery and MVP feature scope
Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify improvements
Conduct user testing on prototypes and live products
Own product success metrics/KPIs such as:
- app store ratings
- NPS
- user engagement
Use best practices and modern product management tools
Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and QA to align on product KPIs
Produce project plans, status reports, estimates, and schedules
Communicate across cross-functional teams as a conduit for critical information

Requirements

3+ years as a product manager delivering digital products and managing a team
Experience writing and understanding code
Strong focus on product integrity and quality (last line of defense against subpar releases)
Deep attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
Experience across all phases of the SDLC for medium to large projects
Ability to figure things out when blocked
Team-first mindset with radical transparency and constructive feedback
Accountability for deadlines, with proactive communication about adjustments
Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-iteration environment
Best-in-class communication skills

Nice to have

Experience shipping AI-enabled products, including in/around healthcare
Strong inclination to use AI tools to speed up work
Prior experience working with agencies
Health tech experience

Remote / location notes

100% remote; teams are global with required overlap 7 AM–11 AM Pacific Standard Time
Preference for candidates based in the US

Trial period

New hires complete a 1-month trial working part-time to ensure alignment on expectations
