About the role
Role Overview
Optomi (in partnership with a leading technology client) is hiring a Product Owner / Scrum Master to join the Waypoint team. The role blends Product Owner and Scrum Master responsibilities, supporting delivery of agentic experiences and agentic flow for processes.
Responsibilities
- Run stand-ups and facilitate SAFe ceremonies for the team
- Collaborate with team members on strategic initiatives
- Ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives
- Work closely with engineering teams to effectively run SAFe ceremonies
Requirements
- Proven experience in SAFe Agile environments
- Ability to serve as both Scrum Master and Product Owner
- Technical capability to understand and communicate with engineering teams
