You will manage product initiatives for an Employer Portal, partnering with engineering teams to improve employer-facing digital capabilities. The role focuses on balancing business priorities with technical delivery to create high-quality portal experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage product initiatives for the Employer Portal
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver enhancements
- Balance business priorities with technical execution
- Manage product execution through backlog management and sprint planning using Agile
- Ensure effective enterprise integration via APIs
- Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate progress and priorities
Required Skills
- 6+ years of Product Owner experience
- Experience with Employer Portal, Group Benefits, or Employer Services platforms
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend application development
- Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of APIs and enterprise integrations
- Healthcare domain knowledge related to enrollment, employer administration, eligibility, or benefits management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
