About the role

Role Overview

You will work as a Product Owner on digital products that are highly critical and operate at large scale, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders in a regulated context (payments, integrations, APIs, and transactional journeys).

Responsibilities

Understand business pains and needs, translating them into product strategy and deliveries.
Manage the end-to-end product backlog: discovery, refinement, prioritization, and tracking delivery.
Create clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and align functional expectations with the technical team.
Prioritize work considering business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
Collaborate with technology, UX, operations, risk/compliance, and executive areas.
Communicate status, risks, and decisions in an objective and executive-ready way.
Navigate complex corporate environments with dependencies, homologations, and shifting priorities.

Requirements

Experience in financial services/insurance/banking/fintech or payments (meios de pagamento).
Experience with transactional digital products.
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and complex digital journeys.
Experience in regulated environments and with enterprise clients.
Strong ability for negotiation and prioritization.
Good technical understanding to work effectively alongside engineering teams.
Solid experience as Product Owner or Senior Product Manager.

Nice-to-haves / Differentials

Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe, Scrum, Lean, or OKRs.
Experience with acquiring, Open Finance, or payments.
Experience with digital transformation and product modernization.
