Product Owner

Role: Product Owner

You will help translate a high-level product vision into detailed functional requirements, write user stories, and ensure the team delivers accepted outcomes within each iteration.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision and strategy for your product team.
• Drive collaborative roadmap and scope discussions with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams.
• Create clear, robust user stories including technical limitations, personas, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop deep user understanding; form hypotheses and advocate product direction.
• Act as the subject matter expert, including knowledge of the related technology stack.
• Define product roadmaps and drive PI objectives.
• Assess risks/benefits of enhancements and align stakeholders (including clients) around scope and priorities.
• Analyze product metrics and define continuous improvement initiatives.
• Introduce new approaches/tooling to improve understanding of solution criteria and requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years as a Product Owner in a high-performing Scrum environment.
• Strong communication skills; able to independently lead large-scale discovery sessions with challenging stakeholders.
• Ability to convert business needs into user stories with clearly articulated acceptance criteria.
• Ownership/accountability for product processes and deliverables with minimal/no help.
• Empathetic, high-performing, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating across stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and support data-informed execution, plus familiarity with AI capabilities/limitations and ethical considerations.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum organizations.
• Ability to identify and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring product efficacy.

Nice to Have

• CSPO or PSPO certification.
• Experience with end-to-end contact center functionality (Twilio Voice is a bonus).
• Experience with Twilio IVR and Insights reporting.
• Experience in healthcare.
