Product Owner — Manage & Grow

Implement the strategic direction of Virtuagym’s product portfolio with a focus on membership management and business management tools for fitness clubs and studios.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and success for the portfolio, ensuring delivery of high-impact, user-centric products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies.
• Maintain and manage a prioritized product backlog and drive day-to-day execution.
• Unblock, prioritize, and measure product performance.
• Track KPIs, collect user/customer feedback, and iterate to improve outcomes.
• Support OKR reporting using analytical insights.

Requirements

• Passion for improving user experience and delivering business impact through execution.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to translate product needs between technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar) in an execution-focused product role, ideally in SaaS/tech.
• Ownership mentality, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Ability to turn strategy into actionable requirements and detailed user stories.
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, and working with cross-functional squads.
