Product Owner (Manage & Grow)

Role Overview

Product Owner (Manage & Grow) at Virtuagym (full remote). You will help implement the product portfolio strategy for membership management and business management tools for fitness clubs and studios, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, user-centric outcomes.

Key Missions

• Implement the strategic direction of the product portfolio in membership and business management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies and ensure delivery of user-centric products.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Drive execution by partnering with Engineering, Design, and QA.
• Measure product performance and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate product needs into requirements and actionable user stories.
• Facilitate collaboration, unblock issues, and prioritize work as priorities shift.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar execution-focused product role), ideally in SaaS/tech.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially across technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, and working with cross-functional squads.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
• Ability to distill strategic product direction into detailed requirements/stories.
• Ownership mentality and proactive, detail-oriented working style.
