About the role

Role Overview

Join Virtuagym as a Product Owner (Manage & Grow) for the Manage & Grow domain. You’ll translate product strategy into execution and help deliver high-impact, user-centric functionality for fitness clubs and studios—especially around membership management and business management tools.

Key Missions

Define and implement the product vision and success of the Manage & Grow portfolio.
Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA) to ensure smooth sprint cycles and quality delivery.
Translate product goals into actionable requirements and detailed user stories.
Maintain and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility.
Drive execution and ensure delivery of customer-valuable outcomes.

Requirements

Passion for improving user experience and driving business impact through strong execution.
Ability to distill strategic direction into actionable tasks and detailed stories.
Analytical mindset using qualitative and quantitative data to support decisions.
Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with changing priorities while maintaining delivery focus.
Deep understanding of Agile delivery: sprint planning, backlog management, and working with cross-functional squads.
Strong communication and facilitation skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar execution-focused product role), ideally in a SaaS/tech environment.

Nice to Haves

Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership.
