About the role

Role Overview

You’ll be a Product Owner at the core of a global, data-driven product ecosystem for social discovery at massive scale. In a remote-first environment, you’ll shape product direction, define and validate hypotheses, and drive experimentation to improve user engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities

Own and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives aligned with business goals and strategy
Define product objectives, KPIs, hypotheses, and experimentation frameworks
Design, coordinate, and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments to support data-informed rollouts
Track and analyze key product metrics, user behavior, and performance trends to find optimization opportunities
Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing (plus other stakeholders) to deliver product improvements
Research and implement new tools/technologies/optimization approaches to improve performance and scalability
Align cross-functional teams on priorities and ensure clear communication and execution
Present insights, results, and strategic recommendations to internal/external stakeholders
Improve product processes, operational workflows, and team execution quality

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with strong roadmap and ownership track record
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; experience with KPIs and business performance analysis
Hands-on A/B testing and experimentation frameworks; experience with tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar
Understanding of product analytics, unit economics, and digital product growth
Web fundamentals to communicate with engineering: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Understanding of APIs, integrations, tracking systems, and web analytics tools
Experience with Jira and Confluence (or equivalent)
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization
Excellent communication in Russian and English (written and verbal)
Strong prioritization skills and ability to articulate trade-offs and business impact
Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote, cross-cultural settings

Nice-to-haves

Experience scaling product operations/culture across distributed international teams
Familiarity with additional optimization approaches and tooling beyond A/B testing platforms
