Role Overview

Fintech Product Owner (Cards: Credit Card / Debit Card / Digital Cards) owning the end-to-end experience for card products used in millions of daily transactions.

Responsibilities

Own the full product lifecycle for credit and debit card platforms (roadmap to delivery)
Lead initiatives across card processing, ATM networks, digital card services, instant issue, and merchant processing
Be the voice of the member, ensuring a seamless and reliable payments experience
Partner with vendors/third parties, advocating on behalf of members
Monitor industry trends and recommend enhancements, new features, and revenue opportunities
Define and track success using metrics, KPIs, OKRs, and maintain strong product documentation
Respond during cards incidents/outages to help restore services quickly

Requirements

1–3+ years experience in financial services/fintech, ideally supporting debit/credit card products
Knowledge of card processing networks, core banking systems, ATM networks, and digital card services
Experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or technical/product role
Strong communication skills with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders
Calm, adaptable approach when priorities shift or systems are down

Nice-to-Haves

Demonstrated ability to define KPIs/OKRs and operate with product documentation

Location / Work Model

Fully remote within select U.S. states

Compensation

$70,000–$85,000 base annual salary + exceptional benefits
