About the role

Role Overview

As a Product Owner / Delivery Lead (Banking) consultant on Brillio’s DE team, you will help clients define their digital strategy and execution roadmap and deliver measurable banking outcomes through differentiated digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business and stakeholder needs into clear user stories and delivery plans.
Collaborate with business, technology, and cross-functional teams to:
- manage priorities
- align stakeholders
- ensure timely delivery of high-quality banking solutions
Lead delivery planning and roadmap execution by driving:
- sprint planning
- backlog refinement
- release planning
- product roadmap execution
Balance business value, regulatory requirements, and customer experience.
Monitor delivery progress, mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders to ensure successful product outcomes.

Requirements

10+ years of experience
Strong skills in product backlog prioritization and stakeholder management

Nice-to-haves

Experience working in banking and navigating regulatory requirements is strongly implied by the role focus.
